Behavior and Pastoral Support

For children to flourish in life, we work closely with parents to ensure that they have the right mindset and behaviours to do so. Tyndale Community School is really proud of its approach for developing conduct and behaviour in school. Very often, children face challenges as they are grow up and we want to support children and their parents through these challenges.

Our behaviour support

Our policies reflect the fact that relationships are central in what we do. Therefore, you won't hear shouting down the corridors or children being publicly shamed in front of their classmates. What you will see is children being praised in public. However, where your child might need to be pulled up for making a poor choice or to get them back on track and focused on learning, we have private conversations. Read our behaviour policy in the Our Policies section to find out more.
