Data and Finances
On 1st May 2020, Tyndale Community School transferred to Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust. Click on this link to view the Funding Agreement with the government.
Tyndale Community School, like any other school receives its income primarily through government funding. The funding we receive is based on the number of pupils on roll on census day which is in October. We also receive pupil premium funding and sports funding, which are allocated with specific purposes and we are accountable for how we spend the money.
Despite the income which schools receive, we are all faced with the challenge of balancing limited finances with ensuring we provide the best quality of education for our children. Therefore, we regularly find other ways of increasing our income, such as any profit from wraparound care and hiring of our premises.
