Raising concerns
Parents with questions or problems concerning any aspect of their child’s education should, in the first instance, contact the class teacher. The class teacher will, in many cases, be able to respond directly, or alternatively will pass on the matter to an appropriate person, so that they can deal with it.
Parents can use email to contact a member of staff via the school office, info@tyndalecommunityschool.co.uk , who will forward your message. The member of staff will then get back to you by email, telephone or meeting depending on the nature of your enquiry/concern.
If your concern remains unresolved, you can arrange a meeting, by emailing info@tyndalecommunityschool.co.uk, with a senior member of the school, this would be a senior leader or an appropriate person (this could be the Office Manager or Phase Leader. The person will then get back to you by email, telephone or meeting depending on the nature of your enquiry/concern.
In the unlikely event that the concern still remains unresolved, you can arrange a meetingwith the headteacher by emailing info@tyndalecommunityschool.co.uk. He will then get back to you by email, telephone or meeting depending on the nature of your enquiry/concern.
If the issue remains unresolved, please continue to follow our complaints policy (stage 2), as seen here:
