Ofsted & Results

Ofsted

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. It reports directly to Parliament and is both independent and impartial. By law it must inspect schools with the aim of providing information to parents, to promote improvement and to hold schools to account

Since Tyndale Community School opened in 2013, we have had two Ofsted Inspections. The first was a two-day inspection which provided us with the grade 'Good' and the second was a one-day inspection to check that we maintain our good status.

Most recent Ofsted Report.

Parent View

Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The survey can be completed at any time; you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected.

Phonics & SATs Outcomes

Due to COVID-19, SATs have not been run by the government in the years 2019-20 and 2020-21. The last available data is available below.

As our school is relatively new, our first KS2 students graduated in 2020. This combined with the nationwide cancellation of SATs in the years 2020 and 2021. SATS results from 2022 were not made public, however, we are pleased to share our results in the attached letter:
