What is meant by the ethos of a school?
A school's ethos is helpfully determined by a flow of Beliefs --> Values --> Culture and Climate. What we think impacts on what we do. We have created the first draft of a document which explores our beliefs and how they lead to certain actions:
Tyndale Community School is registered as a school with Christian Character. We recently had our Section 48 Inspection, the attached document below shares the outcome of this:
