Pupil premium

The pupil premium grant gives schools extra funding to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils from Reception to Year 11. This funding is for children from low-income families who are eligible for free school meals, looked-after children and those from families with parents in the Armed Forces.

Sports provision

Our school benefits from the Sports Premium, to a total of £8175 in the current academic year.

We are using some of this money to pay for a sports coach to teach PE, lead games at lunchtimes and a Multi-Sport Club once a week.

Being a new school, we are also using funding toward external equipment for the playground to develop climbing skills and core strength.
